Our Spring Air Conditioning Service Check:
- Check electrical connections
- Check for oil and refrigerant leaks
- Check all safety devices
- Check blower for belt wear, tension and alignment; replace belt, if necessary
- Replace air filter
- Check refrigerant level, includes up to 2 lbs. of Freon, if necessary
- Check and clean condensate drain
- Lubricate fan motors
- Check thermostat for level
- Check starting capabilities of motor & compressor
- Check evaporator and condenser coil & clean, if necessary
- Check operation of zone damper, if so equipped
